← Top 10 PracticeMEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT · VERSION 2026-10-02

Terms and conditions.

Effective October 2, 2026. These terms describe your membership, acceptable use, AI disclosures, and privacy practices for Top10Practice.com (referred to here as “Top 10 Practice,” “we,” “us,” or the “Service”). By checking “I agree to the terms and conditions” when setting up your account, you agree to this page. Keep a copy for your records.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service provides professional practice-management education, videos, resources, coaching tools, and AI-assisted features. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the practice you identify. If you accept for a practice, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Keep your account and contact information accurate.

Payment reserves membership and places your practice in the onboarding process. It does not itself create immediate course access. Our team approves access and sends an account-setup invitation. Complimentary access is granted for the period stated in the invitation or by our team, carries no automatic payment obligation, and does not convert to a paid membership without your separate agreement.

2. Accounts, teams, and continuing access

Your purchased membership may include authorized team members and practice locations under your ownership as described in your offer. Use individual authorized accounts where available; do not resell access, share credentials outside your authorized practice, or distribute private invitation or password-reset links. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Completing a lesson or system does not lock it. You may return to available content and review it throughout your active membership. This is continuing access during your membership, not a promise of free lifetime access. We may update, replace, or retire content while preserving recorded progress where practical. Founder price protection, if included in your accepted offer, applies as described in that offer and does not eliminate renewal payments.

3. Annual membership, renewal, and split payments

Your checkout identifies the price, taxes if applicable, billing dates, and renewal terms. The current standard offers are $4,997 paid annually, or two payments of $2,550 per membership year: the first at enrollment and the second one calendar month later, for $5,100 total per year. Your confirmed checkout or separate written offer controls if it specifies different pricing.

A split-payment plan is an annual commitment paid in installments. It is not a monthly cancel-anytime subscription. Turning off the next annual renewal does not cancel, reduce, or postpone an installment still owed for the current membership year. Subject to applicable law and any agreed exception, both installments remain due.

When you expressly authorize annual renewal at checkout, the membership renews each year and charges the agreed payment method until renewal is turned off. You can turn off the next renewal in Account → Billing & subscription before the renewal charge occurs, or contact us for help. Access normally continues through the paid term. The billing area remains available to manage payment details and invoices after course access ends.

You authorize only the charges and renewal schedule you affirmatively accept during checkout. Account setup and acceptance of this page do not alone authorize a new charge. Keep your payment method current. If payment fails, the payment processor may retry it under the configured collection schedule. We may contact you to resolve it and, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to address it, restrict course access. Payment retries, a grace period, or an access extension do not erase an unpaid balance.

Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Refunds are handled under your accepted offer and applicable law; turning off renewal does not itself issue a refund or a prorated credit. An administrator may approve an exception in writing. Nothing here limits a non-waivable consumer right or a right to dispute an unauthorized charge.

4. AI limitations and human responsibility

AI can make mistakes. It can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or fabricated information, including convincing but incorrect explanations and references. Similar inputs may produce different outputs. Availability and quality can vary. AI output is not a guarantee of accuracy, suitability, originality, or business results.

Use Ask Gary and other AI features as educational aids. Independently check material facts, calculations, references, proposed messages, and recommendations before relying on or sharing them. Have an appropriately qualified person review decisions affecting patients, employees, contracts, finances, or compliance. You remain responsible for your decisions and implementation.

5. Educational and professional disclaimers

The Service is not a substitute for individualized dental or medical judgment, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, investment advice, employment advice, or regulatory guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, establish a clinician-patient relationship, or provide emergency services. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate. For an emergency, use local emergency services.

Templates and systems require adaptation to your practice, payer contracts, jurisdiction, and circumstances. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, production, clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, or a particular improvement. Examples and testimonials are illustrative; individual results differ. Continuing education credit is offered only when a specific activity expressly states its accreditation and eligibility.

6. Information you must not submit

Do not enter patient-identifying information, protected health information, payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive records into AI prompts, notes, support messages, uploaded media, or feedback. Use fictional or properly de-identified examples. This membership is a general educational service, not an electronic health record or a patient-data processing service. A business associate agreement with one provider does not make every feature suitable for protected health information. Any future protected-data service requires its own expressly approved workflow and applicable agreements.

7. Content license and intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in the videos, systems, guides, templates, branding, software, and other Service content. While your membership is active, we grant a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the content internally in your authorized practice and with its authorized team, consistent with your offer. Downloadable resources may be used for those internal purposes; do not sell, publicly post, sublicense, mass-distribute, scrape, or use them to train a competing model or build a competing content library without written permission.

You retain rights you hold in information you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit to necessary service providers, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service in accordance with the privacy section. Do not submit material you lack permission to use. We do not claim that AI output is unique or necessarily protected by copyright; verify third-party rights before external use.

8. Acceptable use and support access

Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or use the Service unlawfully. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect members or the Service. Completion statistics alone never cause a content lock.

Authorized staff may inspect your account status, learning activity, and the member view to troubleshoot issues. Support previews are read-only and administrative actions are logged. Staff do not need your password. Session signals may be reviewed for suspicious sharing; concurrent sessions, travel, or a changing network are not by themselves proof of misuse.

9. Privacy and information collected

Your privacy is a priority. We aim to collect only information reasonably needed to provide and protect the Service. Depending on your use, we process contact and practice details; membership, onboarding, and billing references; saved learning progress and notes; messages and AI inputs and outputs; and operational information such as account activity, video playback events supported by the player, resource deliveries, session identifiers, browser time zone, device or browser details, and network information available to our systems.

Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor. We retain billing references and transaction or invoice information needed for membership administration; we do not ask you to paste full card numbers into the Service. Playback percentages describe available player telemetry and may not prove attention or comprehension. A download log records file delivery, not whether a file was opened.

10. How information is used and shared

We use information to create and support accounts, deliver content and AI features, save progress, administer membership and payments, send account and coaching communications, troubleshoot, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We use limited session information to review access anomalies. We do not sell your personal information.

Necessary service providers may process information for hosting, authentication, storage, payment processing, video delivery, email, support, or AI processing. Only information needed for the relevant function should be provided. Provider processing is subject to their applicable terms and our arrangements with them. Do not assume that all providers have identical retention or model-training practices; avoid confidential information in AI inputs and contact us before a use that requires a particular data restriction.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect lawful rights and security, with your direction or consent, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate privacy safeguards. Third-party links and embedded players have their own privacy practices, which you should review. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where providers operate.

11. Security, retention, and your choices

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no system can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability. Protect your credentials and devices. We keep information as reasonably necessary for service delivery, membership records, security, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Backups and legally retained records may persist for a limited additional period.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful retention requirement or effect on your account. Rights depend on applicable law, and this agreement does not waive them. Essential cookies and similar storage support login, security, and saved preferences. On public pages, first-party traffic measurement uses a random browser identifier stored for up to 30 days to count visits and estimate active time on each page. The identifier is also stored in a first-party cookie and linked to your registration and payment outcome to measure signup conversions. Traffic measurement does not record form contents, patient information, or full page URLs. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement.

12. Communications

Account setup, password recovery, billing, access, and requested coaching messages support your membership. Promotional communications are separate, and you may opt out using their unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Removing promotional permission does not prevent essential account messages. We do not treat acceptance of these terms as blanket permission for unrelated marketing, automated calls, or text messages.

13. Service availability and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and educational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We use reasonable efforts to operate the Service, but cannot guarantee error-free content, uninterrupted access, or availability of third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under this agreement for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the membership fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 for a complimentary membership. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, and do not limit your non-waivable statutory rights.

14. Changes and ending access

We may update this page to reflect changes in the Service or law. We will identify the effective version and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Service or email; where required, we will request new consent. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges you did not agree to. If membership ends, account access may be restricted while necessary billing and support functions remain available. Terms concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, privacy, and dispute resolution continue where their nature requires.

15. Arizona law and other provisions

Arizona law governs this agreement, without applying its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Subject to non-waivable rights and jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This page does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to small-claims court.

This page and the specific offer you accept form the membership agreement. A specific written offer controls a direct conflict about price or included benefits. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver. Electronic acceptance and records may be used to document your agreement.
